The Heart Room is the soul of the atelier and of the artist. Within it, there is a beating heart in vivid coloring. Composed of thirty three intricate layers, the heart room is the inner core and inner source behind David Pflugi's creativity. Besides its captivating aesthetic and sheer size, it further captures the attention of the observer by means of fluorescence and oil paint. It is a room where there are countless different paintings, motifs and perspectives within a massive plane. It is a continuous piece of work that is characterized by the role of the mirror which always comes back reflecting the nature of our soul.
