This was the first Victory Work to be created entirely on location in the host country of the football world championship, in a process which took almost a year. It was signed by the players of the German and Argentinian national football teams at Rio's São Januário stadium on July 12th 2014.

The sculpture, measuring 8 m in length and 3 m in height, takes on different forms when viewed from different perspectives, showing amongst others a small child, a football and Rio's famous Christ the Redeemer statue.

The creation of the work began on October 1st 2013 and took place in the cities of Esplanada, Salvador and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

The sculpture was destroyed in a fire which broke out on the premises of David Pflugi's studio in Switzerland in July 2020, and is currently being recreated. The charred remains of the original object are preserved within the Victory Work «From the Ashes».
